Salutations! It's Astris, constantly seeking to be a wiser person and better writer. I like philosophical ideas, peaceful music and the cosy aesthetic of autumn. Here's a brief introduction to my writing:

The Darkest Choice

Writing duration: August 2017- January 2018

Genre: Contemporary fantasy

Rating: Mostly safe, apart from some gory images, self-harm and suicide references

Comments: I wrote this with my utmost sincerity and there's no other way to describe this other than it being heartfelt and sincere. It's a revamp of a story I wrote when I was twelve, so a couple of concepts aren't too original. Still, I poured all my soul and brain juice into it and this is the result. Hope you enjoy!

Okay, so I've got feedback that Chapter One of The Darkest Choice can't be accessed from the prologue page, and that's apparently because of the counterintuitive navigation system on Blogger- click the left arrow to go to the next page.

I'll be the first to admit that I have a limited range of vocabulary and sentence variation. I love trying out different styles, so do feel free to roast my writing. Come at me for anything from spelling mistakes to factual errors to continuity errors- those are the worst. Constructive criticism really helps me to improve on my work.

Likewise, if you think any part of my work is worthy of praise, feedback would be nice. :)

Writing is my first love, and I try to squeeze in a bit of time for it daily in spite of my hectic schedule. Just hope you understand if I'm not too active on this site. Have loads of fun reading!
